CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life happens however, our stylists' time is valuable just like yours. We ask that you respect that time by kindly notifying us of appointment cancellation at least 24 hours in advance. If you're unable to cancel your appointment within that timeframe, the following fees will be incurred: - 24 hours or more in advance - no fee -Less than 24 hours in advance - 50% of the cost of services fully booked -No-shows- 100% of the cost of services booked
